There are many grocery stores I didn't know about that carry grass-fed / pasture-raised meats with locations all over SoCal such as 99 Ranch, Bristol Farms, Healthy Spot, Lazy Acres, Mother's Market, ... and Ralph's is the most popular one. This page has a good interactive map where you can find stores near you in CA. https://www.firstlight.farm/us/our-products/where-to-buy/?state=california (This page also lists many stores in Oregon and Washington.)

The bottom line is you want to figure out a way to get organs such as liver or heart because these are the most nutritional:

My recommendation would be to checkout the stores (above) near you first and then checkout the online stores (below).

I get my organic grass-fed ground beef at Walmart at $6+/lb. Costco carries organic ground beef though not grass-fed. But checkout Costco anyways to see if they have other meats (ours also has bison).

Here are some online shops. You can buy direct from their website, the more you order, the smaller the shipping amount per lb. They carry all kinds of meats such as beef, wagyu, venison, elk, pork and poultry. These are some products that stood out:

$15 14oz Wagyu Tallow (one of the best cooking oils, 480* smoking point)

$17/lb beef heart

$15.50/lb beef liver

They also carry pasture raised pork.

Thank you Dr. Paul Saladino. “The Carnivore Code” is available in paperback, Audible, Kindle and available for free on Libby. Also checkout "The Carnivore Cookbook" with over 100 recipes. :) Also available for free on Libby.
